Responsibilities
Nautilus Insurance is seeking a Marketing Communications Lead to be located in our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters on a 4/1 hybrid schedule.
The Marketing Communications Lead is responsible for helping execute on strategy to achieve marketing goals. The role is designed to add value to the Marketing and Communication team by performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Copywriting
- Communication plan development
- Manage social media efforts
- Manage vendor reimbursements and vendor relationships
- Update documents, data entry, and other tasks to help facilitate the marketing process
- Collaborate to provide design and direction for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for the company
- Escalate issues that may prevent prompt delivery of materials
- Develop marketing communication deliverables
- Manage the NIC NAC news editorial schedule
- Manage NIC NAC home page content
- Work with Marketing team to create, deliver, edit, and optimize all marketing materials
- Manage the company store, including budget, purchasing, fulfilling, inventory
- Support the New Agent plaque and gifting process
- Manage nicmarketing email inbox
- Intake/triage new MarCom project requests
- Process marketing invoices and other payments
- Provide video creation assistance
- Administrative management to include assistance with running reports, tracking budget, researching promo items, contests, researching award applications, etc.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with various vendors
- Support the new employee onboarding process
- Support MarCom budgeting process
- Lead NexGEN event support
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business, Marketing, Communications or English, Journalism or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Insurance industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and customize content for a variety of digital channels, including social media, e-mail, and websites.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles.
- Proven experience promoting recommendations for new and/or updated strategies.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Manage multiple requests/projects simultaneously, working independent
