Current and valid Utah RN licensure.2. One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.3. Basic Life Support (BLS); hands-on CPR certification.4. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Preferred Qualifications:1. Associate degree with one year of home health care experience. Pay Transparency:Range: $40.00 to $65.00 an hour.
