Senior Clinical Equity Program Consultant

The Senior Clinical Equity Program Consultant leads outcomes portfolio, short and long term strategic plans, and execution of tasks associated with all initiatives aligned to the grant for under-represented clinicians in medicine. Makes data informed decisions, using data to identify drivers of disparity, developing performance improvement strategies and interventions to close identified disparity gaps; then leading teams to execute on those strategies and interventions. Leads by influence to execute these strategies. Drives improvements in system performance on the Health Equity Quality Index and/or other prioritized disparity metrics. Collaborates with stakeholder to identify outcome disparity and monitor our progress toward eliminating disparity. Maintains all administrative duties relative to this program’s grant funding.

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Clinical or healthcare experience required.
• Health equity expertise or experience preferred. 
• Research experience preferred.
• Requires expertise in clinical quality improvement, implementation science, process improvement, and program evaluation. 
• Requires strong quantitative and analytic skills and be skilled at manipulating and interpreting dating. 
• Requires strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
