Customer Service Representative (CSR) Opportunity – Romie Lane Pet Hospital, Salinas, CA

At Romie Lane Pet Hospital, we’re looking for a dedicated CSR to join our growing team in beautiful Salinas, CA—just a short drive from the stunning Monterey Bay.

About the Role

You’ll step into a general practice environment that balances clinical excellence with light-hearted team spirit.

We have a solid flow of loyal clients from the local communities and surrounding areas, and a team that’s all about pulling together, pitching in, and making it happen — with a few laughs along the way.

What We're Looking For

• Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, create a welcoming atmosphere, and handle inquiries, questions, and concerns professionally.
• Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, phone calls, data entry, filing, and maintain organized reception and waiting areas.
• Record & Payment Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, process payments, and handle billing or transaction inquiries.
• Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with veterinary and support teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
• Ability to work M-F, 7am-4pm and/or 9am-6pm (flexible)
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required
