As a Global Supply Chain intern at SC Johnson, you’ll be involved in strategic, impactful projects that help move our business forward in areas such as Procurement or Supply Chain Strategy. You’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain team in Racine, Wisconsin or our North America Supply Chain team in Chicago, Illinois and you will gain skills which will help prepare you for a full-time career in a Supply Chain role at SC Johnson.
Your Supply Chain internship project will focus on providing enriching experiences to help develop key skills in areas such as:
Strategic Thinking
- Ability to break down complex challenges into actionable components.
- Development of roadmaps and strategic plans.
Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- Facilitating alignment between diverse teams (e.g., product, operations, marketing).
Analytical Decision Making
- Interpreting data to inform strategies and measure impact.
- Creating dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to all levels of an organization.
- Influencing decision-makers and managing expectations.
Change Management & Implementation
- Designing and executing change management plans.
- Driving adoption of new tools, processes, or behaviors.
- Supporting capability building.
Adaptability & Learning Agility
- Navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Quickly understanding new industries, functions, or technologies.
- Continuously iterating based on feedback and results.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
1st year MBA student with a focus in Supply Chain Management or a related degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
3+ years of relevant experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
At least 3 years of Supply Chain or relevant industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, technical, problem solving, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented, results-driven, and intellectually curious.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Excellent oral, written and communication/presentation aptitude.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently on assignments, complete hands-on learning, prioritize work, and handle a variety of tasks or requests at once.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Available to complete internship late May 18, 2026 through early August 7, 2026.
Full time Monday- Friday
