WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Data Analyst will evaluate complex program performance and effectiveness to meet stated goals and collaborate directly with the Leadership team of their assigned division.

In this role, you will:

• Track, analyze, evaluate and report on complex Program performance and effectiveness to meet stated goals.

• Track, analyze, evaluate and report on Employee and Program performance, designing and interpreting reports from systems.

• Formulate long-term and short-term forecasts, objectives and business plans for Programs and make recommendations to the Analytics Program Manager.

• Collaborate directly with Division Leadership team

• Provide program expertise and representation by serving as a resource for agency projects, cross-team collaboration, and external partnerships.

• Provide training and support the development of training for colleagues and other analyst teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.

• Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
