WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Data Analyst will evaluate complex program performance and effectiveness to meet stated goals and collaborate directly with the Leadership team of their assigned division.
In this role, you will:
Track, analyze, evaluate and report on complex Program performance and effectiveness to meet stated goals.
Track, analyze, evaluate and report on Employee and Program performance, designing and interpreting reports from systems.
Formulate long-term and short-term forecasts, objectives and business plans for Programs and make recommendations to the Analytics Program Manager.
Collaborate directly with Division Leadership team
Provide program expertise and representation by serving as a resource for agency projects, cross-team collaboration, and external partnerships.
Provide training and support the development of training for colleagues and other analyst teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
OR
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
