We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation.</p> <p><strong>Great Hill</strong> is seeking a<strong> Senior Business Data Analyst</strong> to support our federal customer.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Basic Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Eight (8)+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial systems management</li> <li>Five (5)+ years utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) to develop interactive dashboards and executive-level reports</li> <li>Demonstrated experience developing and deploying automated tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, UiPath, or bots) to streamline manual financial reconciliation processes</li> <li>Experience identifying financial trends, anomalies, and areas for process efficiency within large federal datasets</li> <li>Proficiency in utilizing DoW data platforms to synthesize data for audit and leadership decision-making</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration</li> <li>Ability to communicate complex data
