About the role

As a specialist in Customer Insights and Growth, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into business growth. Your key responsibilities include:

Bridging the gap between analytics and business impact

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including digital sales, product development, and analytics to implement personalized customer journeys
  • Create compelling storylines around growth opportunities and use these to engage and mobilize stakeholders to take action
  • Inspire colleagues and foster a culture of data curiosity and learning

Entrepreneurial and proactively looking for opportunities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of customer communication channels (e.g., mobile, web, email, etc.)
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to identify opportunities (e.g. customer segmentation, marketing campaigns, UX/product improvements, etc.) for personalization and customer engagement
  • Develop and execute customer journey strategies focused on driving customer growth and retention
  • Translate insights into concrete actions that drive marketing effectiveness and business impact
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience and personalization

Data-driven decision making

  • Conduct research and analysis to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points
  • Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize customer touchpoints and conversion rates
  • Define relevant metrics, establish benchmarks, and ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer growth and engagement, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Working with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, SAS, SQL, Cognos)

  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related roles
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with performance marketing, CRM, and product analytics
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Familiarity with financial services or banking/investment products is advantageous.
