As a Clinical Applications Consultant, PACS, you will analyze workflows, provide clinical consulting, and guide customers through the implementation, integration, and optimization of Philips PACS solutions to ensure seamless adoption and operational efficiency.
Your role:
- As a Clinical Applications Consultant, PACS, you will play a critical role in optimizing clinical workflows by analyzing, configuring, and implementing Philips PACS solutions to enhance efficiency and patient care. Your expertise will ensure a seamless transition for customers adopting new functionalities and workflow changes.
- You will work closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and internal Philips stakeholders to assess existing workflows, recommend improvements, and guide change management strategies. Your role involves delivering clinical consulting services, coaching users, and configuring solutions to align with operational needs.
- This role offers opportunities for professional growth through hands-on experience with advanced medical imaging technology, participation in industry seminars, and collaboration with a global team of experts. You will be an active member of the application, education, and consulting communities, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- With a remote-based structure and travel requirements - 75% nationally, you will engage with clients in diverse clinical environments, both domestically and internationally, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Philips solutions.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and ARRT certification with PACS Administration experience.
- You have 5+ years of experience in PACS implementation (preferred), with expertise in workflow analysis, clinical integration, and operational consulting.
- Your skills include configuring and managing Philips PACS solutions, troubleshooting application issues, and training end users on advanced imaging technologies.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to work in diverse clinical environments, manage multiple projects, and drive successful PACS adoption globally.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a remote-based role with 75% of domestic travel requirements.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WY is $76,475 to $131100 per year.
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY is $80,500 to $138,00 per year.
