As a Program Task Lead - Business Relationship Management at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in managing and strengthening relationships with our clients and overseeing the successful delivery of business relationship management services.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business relationship managers to ensure effective client engagement and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and drive long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, and provide strategic guidance and solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of business relationship management services, including client onboarding, relationship development, and issue resolution.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business relationship management and apply them to enhance our approach and strategies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of success managing large staff toward shared goals achievement.
- Strong in-depth knowledge of DOS rules and regulations and project management practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing similar IT Governance programs
- Demonstrated experience with Systems Development Lifecycle Support, process improvement, cost estimating/software benefit-cost analysis, and enterprise risk management support.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong working relationships.
- Experience managing a team of professionals and ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve program goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other project management software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Manage complex teams including subcontractors and independent contractors.
- Advanced proficiency in administrative and operational support skills and abilities.
- Proven ability to proactively manage and support complex, geographically disparate projects/tasks, including oversight of logistics.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Secret level security clearance (must be issued by DCSA) (must be eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Active PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
