About the role

Who we are looking for
A successful Co-op will have the ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders across the Alpha Organization and more broadly at State Street, assisting with crucial client metrics and tracking. The Co-op will assist in developing end to end Alpha product solutions specifically the Alpha Inkind Transfer Portal products, participating in the full software development lifecycle and contributing as a member of a feature-focused product development team. They should possess a positive, team attitude, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once. The Co-op position will focus specifically on the Inkind Portal product but will have exposure to all Alpha Products, so a candidate should be organized and proactive. The job is located in Quincy, MA.

What you will be responsible for
As a Co-op, you will

• Work directly with the product management team to gather product requirements and develop feature specifications; involvement in all aspects of the product life cycle
• Assist in researching and producing business and technical requirement documents
• Assist with the management of project schedules and monthly deliverables
• Develop materials and dashboards 
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Assist the management team with other ad-hoc initiatives

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
