Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

Location: Remote | Department: Marketing | Reports to: VP of Marketing

Flowsum is looking for a talented ABM Manager to join our marketing team. This pivotal role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies for key accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth through personalized marketing campaigns that engage specific customer segments.

What You'll Do:

• Create and run targeted marketing plans (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) for key customer accounts, working with sales to make sure everything lines up.
• Team up with sales and marketing to figure out who the important accounts, decision-makers, and influencers are.
• Develop custom marketing content (emails, webinars, events, ads) for different ways of reaching people.
• Keep an eye on how our ABM campaigns are doing, dig into the results, and find ways to make them better.
• Handle budgets and resources wisely to get the best bang for our buck with ABM.
• Stay in the know about the newest tools and trends so we're always trying fresh ideas.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with account-based marketing, with proven results.
• Creativity, process, and exciting ideas.
• Good grasp of CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Great at talking to people and presenting ideas.
• Able to work well with others.
• Good at analyzing data and making smart decisions based on it.

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
• Knows a bit about SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
