Outage & Strategic Account Consultant

Opportunity Overview:  Outage and Strategic Account Consultant – Remote - CONTRACT

 

The Outage and Strategic Account Consultant will help develop long-lasting relationships TVA and Fermi. You will work to improve and strengthen the existing accounts and help the Field Services Organization bid Fermi as well as assist Tennessee Valley Authority bids and business strategies. You will play an integral part in pre bid meetings with Fermi and provide customer service assistance. Work environment is remote but must be willing and able to travel for meetings.   

 

What your day-to-day looks like:  

 

• Advises team on the customer culture and pain points in their operations.
• Mentors Team Members regarding Safety, Quality, HU performance, communications and teamwork at the customer sites.
• Promotes risk awareness and ensure observation focus on risk mitigation.
• Acts as an Ambassador, building good rapport with the customer.
• Acts, and is RECOGNIZED, as the focal point between customer management and WEC project teams.
• Ensures team acts in best interest of Westinghouse and Utility.

 

What we need to see from you:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline OR 10 plus years of outage experience
• Greater than 20 years of similar experience is preferred
• Ability to build long lasting relationships with the customer
• Ability to strengthen existing accounts and foster new business
