What You Will Do: 

• The Technology Consulting Director in Guidehouse’s (Digital practice) will build technology solutions for the Payer & Provider markets and create solution offerings that has high impact in digital transformation
• Identify potential business development areas with technology solutions in Provider and Payer markets.
• Drive business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development
• Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client technology and process
• Identifying and implementing technology improvements in terms of digital impacts for clients
•  Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching
• Ability to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives 

What You Will Need: 

• Experience building and selling technology solution projects
• Technology project management experience including overseeing junior and mid-level staff, defining project direction, and ensuring successful project delivery
• Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management, technology, and operational challenges
• 10+ years minimum of experience in technology management consulting with at least 5 years in digital solutions
•  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have: 

• Master's Degree – I Computer Science
• Experience in state and federal mandates towards building these technology solutions
• Experience in implementing technology and software such as low code/no code platforms, and data management (commercial sector preferred)

The annual salary range for this position is $171,000.00-$285,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
