What You Will Do:
- The Technology Consulting Director in Guidehouse’s (Digital practice) will build technology solutions for the Payer & Provider markets and create solution offerings that has high impact in digital transformation
- Identify potential business development areas with technology solutions in Provider and Payer markets.
- Drive business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development
- Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client technology and process
- Identifying and implementing technology improvements in terms of digital impacts for clients
- Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching
- Ability to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives
What You Will Need:
- Experience building and selling technology solution projects
- Technology project management experience including overseeing junior and mid-level staff, defining project direction, and ensuring successful project delivery
- Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management, technology, and operational challenges
- 10+ years minimum of experience in technology management consulting with at least 5 years in digital solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Master's Degree – I Computer Science
- Experience in state and federal mandates towards building these technology solutions
- Experience in implementing technology and software such as low code/no code platforms, and data management (commercial sector preferred)
