Job Description

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Must have strong leadership, technical understanding, and change management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams on high-visibility projects.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks.

• Apply ADKAR (Prosci) change management practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

• Oversee integrated schedules, risk plans, and release planning.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years project management experience.

• Experience with ADKAR (Prosci) Framework.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and IT infrastructure.

• Proven success with vendor-supported technical projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
