Directly supports Senior/Client Engagement Manager and Director of Client Engagement, in addition to key Client Service stakeholders in managing all necessary aspects of project management. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring all assigned projects meet quality standards, following EQI (Execution Quality Index) guidelines, and adhering to all deadlines.What would you do in this role?
Supervision
The Project Manager reports directly to the Senior/Client Engagement Manager.
Essential Functions
1. Create activities based on feedback and direction from the Senior/Client Engagement Manager and the Client Services Account teams.
2. Work collaboratively with the Senior/Client Engagement Manager, Client Services Managers, and Category Managers on all aspects of continuity and project work.
3. Set up and monitor dashboard reporting for projects and programs for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Manage project development from initiation to closure. Sequence activities and Shopcom signing projects to meet deadlines, delivery dates, and communication requirements, and define quality expectations.
5. Manage store lists, time allocation, labor forecasting, exceptions, follow-up activities, and all other aspects of the project life cycle.
6. Real-time activity management: Resolve issues and problem solve through the project life cycle.
7. Track and report project/activity milestones and provide status reports to Client Services Managers and other stakeholders.
8. Manage fulfillment and Marketing requests for clients.
9. Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
10. Prioritize activity creation, simplification, and follow-up to meet and exceed RPH goals.
11. Provide additional detailed and analytic reporting as needed to manage client business.
12. Work with Analytics team on QA requirements by project.

Supervisory Responsibility
No direct supervisory duties, though management of projects includes directing project-related activities of the project team members.
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent experience required.
2. Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
3. Proven ability to learn/utilize internal platforms.
4. Experience with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word preferred.
5. Analytical skills preferred.
