What you'll do:
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Support management by preparing training materials, agendas, and information packets for meetings.
  • Assist in research and review of process changes, communicating impacts to leadership and ensuring compliance with business controls.
  • Create and validate documentation adhering to company standards and perform quality checks on processed data.
  • Facilitate compliance with local, state, and federal regulations through monitoring and implementing action plans.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, collaborate on dispute resolution, and coordinate communication between stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to prioritize tasks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


What you'll bring:

  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to support business objectives and inform recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with management, team members, and business partners.
  • Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies.
  • Demonstrated capability to support process improvements and maintain quality control through documentation and validation.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple priorities, adapting to change, and delivering results with integrity and accountability.
  • Commitment to fostering positive working relationships and supporting team development through coaching and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, customer service, or benefits administration
