Maintenance Scheduler - Traveling Position
This outstanding opportunity allows you to travel across the United States while successfully implementing maintenance schedules for a variety of sites. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of maintenance tasks and the efficient operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
•    Coordinating the effective use of CMMS across our respective sites
•    Collaborating closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure the engineering staff strictly adheres to preventive maintenance schedules
•    Assisting the Regional Manager with administrative duties, including data collection, creation of documents, and data entry
•    Maintaining a professional relationship with Compass Group and customer management
•    Crafting files for new vendors and verifying the accuracy of completed paperwork
•    Training new vendors on the company's billing procedures
•    Assisting with budgeting and invoicing for the facility
•    Conducting Eye's Wide Open (EWO) inspections on facility campuses
•    Performing other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Proven administrative experience supporting maintenance teams and Chief Engineers
•    Prior experience in the Business & Industry sector preferred
•    CMMS experience is helpful but not required
•    Familiarity with HVAC Systems and HVAC Inventory
•    Outstanding customer service skills
•    Proficiency in Excel for data entry, spreadsheet management, and document creation
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
