Join e-Power forces and enter a new world of clean mobility ambassadors</p> <p align="left"> </p> <p align="left">MISSION</p> <p align="left"> </p> <ul> <li align="left">Responsible to issue her/his deliverables in due time to their respective xAE.</li> <li align="left">Guarantee Quality, Cost and Timing of her/his deliverables and actively participate to any risk mitigation during critical period of projects</li> <li align="left">Participates cross functionally with other departments (Purchasing, Quality, Validation) involved, during research and development phases, in a transversal manner.</li> <li>Supports research and development projects (including Field returns) or work packages related to all our CES product line.</li> <li align="left">Lead the benchmark of potential supplier for Battery Pack in aggressive automotive environment</li> <li>Collects information related to Battery Pack metallic &amp; plastic components. Makes this information comprehensive and ensures appropriate diffusion.</li> <li align="left">Develop and deliver the Expertise related to metallic &amp; plastic components of Mechatronics System into the Company for the Customers projects. </li> <li>Capitalize knowhow in his/her field of activity and contributes to training, </li> <li>Writes reports for internal diffusion and patent proposals; presents results to customer; ensures the diffusion of any relevant information within the research &amp; development team and within the company.</li> <li>Participate to the development of test means and equipment and his/her field of activity,</li> <li>Follow regulations and customer specifications related to his/her field of activity</li> <li align="left">Ensure PO CES metallic &amp; plastic components meet systems requirements.</li> <li align="left">Identifies potential improvements of current metallic &amp; plastic components used within Clean Energy Systems; performs appropriate evaluations at resin or machine suppliers premises, Clean Energy Systems plants,…Checks their economic assessment </li> <li align="left">Leads action plan for development or quality issues related to metallic &amp; plastic components </li> </ul> <p align="left"> </p> <p align="left">RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; ACTIVITIES</p> <p align="left"> </p> <p align="left">Responsibility 1 : Supports research and development projects or work packages related to metallic &amp; plastic components for all product line: </p> <ul> <li align="left">Provide technical support of Battery Pack research projects, by taking in responsibility a component or sub system perimeter and leads specific investigation</li> <li align="left">Provide expertise in metallic &amp; plastic components</li> <li align="left">Provide design guidelines, chemical and physical properties knowledge on metallic &amp; plastic components</li> <li align="left">Participate to project reviews</li> <li align="left">Analyze &amp; synthesizes specifications and norms (especially EURO, CARB, EPA) related to his/her field of activity</li> <li align="left">Take the technical lead with suppliers if needed: Identify suppliers / write technical specifications / participate to supplier selection/ follow up on component or material production / follow up the validation</li> <li align="left">Provide deliverables according to INPRO R when requested by the project manager </li> </ul> <p align="left"> </p> <p>Responsibility 2 : Participate to the development of test means and equipment and his/her field of activity</p> <ul> <li align="left">Participate to the validation plan redaction, test procedures of the component or sub assembly of the system in his/her perimeter</li> </ul> <ul> <li align="left">Respects research project milestones for the delivery of specific test means and test results</li> <li align="left">Ensures the availability of Lab test means when specific to carry out the validation test</li> <li align="left">Participates actively to the laboratory safety improvement </li> </ul> <p align="left"> </p> <p align="left">Responsibility 3 : Capitalize and protect knowhow in his/her field of activity, </p> <ul> <li align="left">Assure technological watch about his/her field of activity</li> <li>Review
