Mission:
- Analyse or define (if necessary) the customer needs and specifications and issue the associated deviation list.
- Conduct the functional analysis and the DFMEA for the mechatronic system.
- Manage the feasibility study of the mechatronic system by continous interaction with the process Engineer.
- Manage the defintion of the mechatronic systems design by coordination of an extended team.
- Manage the deliverables for each phase of the development.
- Approve the deliverables of the suppliers for the components defined by the DCE for their integration into the mechatronic systems.
- Define and conduct the validation plan with the laboratory.
- Manage Bill or Material and technical documents (drawings, data sheet,...) in the PLM tool.
- Identify and manage all the risks for the product and for the project by conducting action plans.
- Contribute to the lessons learned processes.
- Participate to the project team reviews and work in a synergy with the project team.
- Manage and report the budget and the time schedule defined for the project, respect development costs.
- Be the technical contact with the customer(s).
- Ensure the transversalization with other projects.
Competenices & Requirements:
- Mechanica/ Mechatronic or Electronic Engineer
- 3 to 5 years of automotive experience
- Mastery of Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Outlook
- Good knowledge in Electronics and power electronics, electromagnetic Magnetic compatibility, Power/ Thermal dissipation, Operational safety
- Problem Solving Methods and Project Management Skills
- Fluent in English
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Good team spirit
