Job Description Summary

Management of Global Services Tech Lead team (Services Subject Matter Experts) in delivery of NPI Services Readiness, Srvc Certification Program standards, and critical Field Support initiatives. All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Management of Tech Lead team (Services Subject Matter Experts) in delivery of NPI Services Readiness, Srvc Certification Program standards, and Crucial Field Support initiatives.
  • SQDC Initiatives related to this role: Safety Technical Lead guidance to global FE's, Internal Training & quality metrics, critical customer delivery assignments, and budget/cost allocation related to NPI and equipment needs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategy: Lead and execute key Kaizen, lead quality improvement initiatives, organize new product training pilots, support global FE communication, and lead knowledge sharing regarding controls product line.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage
  • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 years minimum experience with Nuclear Per Generation & Energy studies.
  • This role requires significant experience in the Services & Field Service and Technical Advising.
  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Field Services and Maintenance Services

The base pay range for this position is $119,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD Annual.  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
