Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst:
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert for the Power Apps within Corporate Applications and Support Teams.
- Acts as a key stakeholder or backup for Product Owner in the daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to update progress, highlight and resolve impediments.
- SME around product(s) function and works with Product Owner and Business Partners to refine requirements/functionality.
- Manage Business Stakeholder prioritizations and conduct monthly reviews on sprint planning.
- Estimate project efforts and resource allocation for accurate sprint planning.
- Assists with the Power Apps enhancement projects: refining business requirements documentation, UAT testing, and training of users if enhancement requires training of any new functionality.
- Actively suggests solutions to drive down technical debt.
- Develop enhancement bulletins in advance of migrating a project to production.
- Provide approvals for Power Apps eID and TenetOne access requests, and security approvals (when delegated, and as needed).
- Coordinate with Support Teams on Microsoft Power Apps feature upgrades for the canvas applications and gateway servers.
- Manages Power Apps training documentation across applications with system navigation and workflows. Updates system user guide and training guide documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
Skills
- 5 years minimum experience as a Functional Business Analyst
- Technical experience within the Microsoft Power Platform Stack focusing on the following:
- Canvas Apps / Power Apps / Power Automate – Workflows and API Token integration.
- Power BI – Data Analysis and Report and Dashboard creation
- SharePoint – Data Migration and Data storage
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced agile environment, adapt to shifting urgencies, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding and of Scrum, Lean and other agile methodologies
- Highly proficient in teamwork and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent for the specific roles responsibilities

- Independently organize and manage daily operational activities associated with hospital application software (job monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution).
- Respond to user requests using independent judgement and decision making to resolve and solution for unique situations.
- Create, write, update, test, and implement application user guides and table maintenance
- Identify and solve problems through facilitating user group sessions
- Manage vendors and other support services to install/support systems
- Responsible to maintain, check, test, troubleshoot and update all data interfaces and other system inputs/outputs.
- Educate facility employees and physicians on systems and applications.
- Responsible for working with departments to ensure IT supports the business in relation to work-flow and policies and procedure changes that may drive system configuration changes.
- Participation in an on-call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational skills, independent judgement and discretion, and the ability to establish predictable outcomes for our customers is a must.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare or a related field as well as prior experience with hospital operations is required.
- Robust knowledge of computer applications and systems, as well as interpersonal and organizational problem-solving skills will be essential to perform this role.
- Teamwork, ability to self-start, and excellent written and verbal communication skills will be mandatory for this role.
