Summary

Timex Group is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Creative Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing creative workflows, overseeing photo and video shoots, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple brands and studios. If you have an eye for detail, and a background in product and lifestyle photography, and comfortable working in a fast pace high volume environment we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage creative workflows using Airtable to streamline project tracking, collaboration, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, photographers, external agencies and marketing teams, to ensure all creative deliverables are on time and meet brand standards.
  • Act as the central hub for production communication, prioritizing workloads, and keeping stakeholders informed of key dates and deliverables.

Shoot Production

  • Plan, schedule, and manage photoshoots and video productions across multiple brands and studios, balancing priorities and resources.
  • Attend and oversee local shoots to provide technical support, ensuring proper file naming conventions are followed, all products are accounted for, sized properly on models, and captures align with the established shoot guidelines
  • Sample Management
  • Oversee post-production process – providing images post shoot to retouching resources, creating timelines and overseeing approvals with product and brand sign offs.

File Management

  • Organize, tag, and upload all creative assets on internal servers (Dropbox) and external asset management system (STIBO) to maintain data integrity and accessibility across teams.
  • Manage creative libraries and enforce best practices for digital asset management.

Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and design teams to understand creative needs and align deliverables with business goals.
  • Work with external vendors and freelancers as needed to scale resources during peak production periods.

Financial Tracking

  • Working with outside vendors on estimates for projects within budget, cross functionally working with the legal team on contract approvals, accounts payable on purchase order
