The Job:  

As a Sr Product Manager of Masonry Drilling & Diamond Blades you’ll be part of our Product Management team as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:  

• Manage the complete product lifecycle process for broader and more complex products and features, alongside the Vice President/Group Product Manager from concept to delivery.

• Identify and develop new product and market opportunities.

• Closely collaborate, work and lead cross-department teams and business groups, such as engineering, manufacturing and finance to drive and develop new products that meet company objectives.

• Work in tandem with the brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch programs and sales promotion programs.

• Develop and implement relevant marketing collateral, point-of-purchase displays, advertising materials and web content to promote your managed product portfolio.

• Conduct end-user and competitive market research to determine pricing, margin and profitability targets.

• Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term strategic plans for a profitable retail and industrial product portfolio.

• Maintain an awareness of trends in the industry and related industries and develop a deep understanding of the end users of their product line to incorporate these insights into successful new product launches.

• Validation of Product CTQs, Testing & Claims with End Users.

• Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders. Provides guidance and technical advice for less experienced team members.

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams – must be able to present data and conclusions in an organized manner.

• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization – from the End User or Maker to the Owner or the President of the company.

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $74,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on paym
