At the same time, you’ll work in a culture of ongoing learning and development, allowing you to constantly expand your area of expertise. </span></span></p><p></p><p><b>About the role:</b></p><p>As a Senior Compensation Specialist, you will join our Compensation &amp; Benefits (C&amp;B) team and play a key role in shaping and delivering Tobii Dynavox’s global compensation strategy at group level. In this role, you will help ensure our compensation structures are compliant, fair, and aligned with our purpose — supporting Tobii Dynavox in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent worldwide.</p><p></p><p>You will contribute to global initiatives, such as the <b>EU Pay Directive</b> implementation. Through careful data management and clear communication, you will help maintain accuracy, quality, and <b>transparency</b> throughout the employee life cycle.</p><p></p><p>This role combines <b>strategic</b><b> perspective </b>with<b> operational excellence</b>. You will apply your analytical skills to <b>connect</b> data with broader business goals and processes while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders across regions. You will coordinate initiatives related to compensation structures, incentive programs, and project timelines with autonomy as part of a collaborative, supportive global team.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will: </b> </p><ul><li><p>Lead the annual global compensation review cycle, overseeing all phases from planning to execution and communication.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and develop the global<b> job architecture framework</b>, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices through consistent benchmarking.</p></li><li><p>Design, implement, and coordinate <b>short-term incentive (STI), long-term incentive (LTI),</b> and commission plans.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with People Business Partners (HRBPs), Finance, and business leaders to deliver data-driven compensation guidance.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to support strategies for attracting and retaining talent.</p></li><li><p>Continuously enhance compensation processes, tools, and systems and stay updated with evolving compensation trends, regulations, and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal governance standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Please note:</b> This is a full-time permanent role, preferably 1-3 days/week in our Stockholm office (Östermalm). We are also open to candidates in other locations across Sweden who would work remotely.</p><p></p><p><b>What We're Looking For: </b> </p><p>We’re looking for a structured and <b>analytical</b> professional with experience in compensation who can navigate complex topics with care and good judgment. The role requires precision and <b>attention to detail</b>, paired with the ability to understand the <b>broader context</b> and connect data to organizational processes and goals.</p><p></p><p><b>Curiosity </b>and <b>adaptability</b> are essential, along with the ability to scale and work effectively across global markets and changing regulations. This role suits someone who communicates <b>proactively</b>, look for opportunities to improve processes and create clarity, interprets analysis into meaningful insights, and thrives in an international and evolving environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Ideal candidates will bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. Business, Economics, Finance, Human Resources) or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in compensation, or HR analytics roles, ideally including end-to-end project management ownership.</p></li><li><p>Experience with job architecture and job evaluation frameworks (e.g., Mercer, Hay, WTW) is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Problem-solving and organizati
