Your work will directly impact our goal of enabling all teams to make data-driven decisions and generate business value from data.</span></p> <p><span>We use data and software engineering principles to solve large-scale production challenges. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. </span></li> </ul> <h1><span><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li><span>Hands-on expertise in data engineering and architecture, with the ability to follow software engineering best practices.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in building in-house solutions to address common data engineering patterns is a must.<br/></span></li> <li><span>Advanced proficient in CDC, Flink, Spark, Airflow, Trino, and Kubernetes.<br/></span></li> <li><span>Strong understanding of data lakehouse design and technical integration with products.<br/></span></li> <li><span>Passionate about data democratization, making data accessible and useful across the organization.<br/></span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with data management tools (e.g. OpenMetadata) and/or MLOps frameworks (e.g., Metaflow, Kubeflow)<br/></span></li> <li><span>Previous experience in a cloud-based infrastructure, preferably using AWS stack is a plus. <br/></span></li> <li><span>Experience with scalable data processing and storage solutions (e.g., S3 Management, Trino, Hive Metastore) is a plus. <br/></span></li> <li><span>We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
