Role Summary:
Program Manager & Instructional Designer in Partner Experience, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and launching digital enablement strategies and programs to optimize the ServiceNow partner ecosystem. This role involves a blend of creative instructional design, effective program management, and continuous improvement of partner enablement resources.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create new digital learning experiences to guide the intake process for Shark Camp for Partners and ensure it meets market objectives.
· Develop and refine partner-first resources for workshops, ensuring partners effectively extend ServiceNow’s capabilities.
· Manage cross-functional speakers with internal teams such as Partner Marketing, Partner Solutions, and Partner Programs to ensure a cohesive strategy.
· Design compelling and interactive learning activities and knowledge checks that enhance retention and engagement.
· Utilize project management skills to oversee enablement initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
· Drive the adoption of learning programs through effective internal and external marketing strategies.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, leveraging data analysis and feedback to enhance learning outcomes and partner proficiency.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve training resources and address gaps in knowledge and processes.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in instructional design and partner ecosystem management within IT or software environments.
· Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
· Proficient in project management, with a track record of managing complex projects within a partner-oriented organization.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of conducting stakeholder negotiations and leading productive meetings.
· Experience with eLearning technologies like Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, and Learning Management Systems.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a high-performance, growth mindset.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Willingness to travel up to 20% worldwide.
