As a JEDI Program Manager at Axon, you will play a key role in supporting and driving initiatives that foster justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help embed JEDI principles into our workplace culture, hiring practices, and retention strategies. What You’ll Do
- Support JEDI Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of programs and processes that promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within Axon.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with People Operations, Recruitment, Marketing and other key stakeholders to support JEDI-related projects and initiatives.
- Communication: Help communicate JEDI program progress and updates across the organization, reinforcing accountability and sharing recommendations.
- Project Management: Support the planning and execution of JEDI-related projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements that enhance the inclusivity of our hiring and retention practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a DEI, HR, or related role
- A strong passion for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a desire to make a meaningful impact in these areas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Basic data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and report on program metrics
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A willingness to learn and grow within the DEI space, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
- Basic experience in leveraging AI and machine learning tools to drive strategic decision making is a plus
