About the role

NATURE OF DUTIES:

The Administrative Resident performs assignments requiring trust and accuracy, benefiting both the individual and the organization. They assist in planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating various projects.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Works independently on projects requiring decision-making and initiative.
  • Researches and develops communication plans (e.g., presentations, meetings) to update or share progress.
  • Conducts data analysis (market, compensation, utilization) using Excel or other tools.
  • Attends and presents at leadership, senior leadership, executive, board, and corporate meetings as needed.
  • Communicates effectively with patients served.
  • Works well in a team under stress, follows supervisor instructions, and maintains consistent attendance.
  • Complies with CIS policies, procedures, and Standards of Behavior.
  • Develops and implements assigned projects.
  • Creates and executes cohesive project plans, ensuring proper contact with stakeholders.
  • Handles administrative and operational tasks for assigned projects.
  • Supports continuous assessment and improvement of services and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have Finish or is obtaining a Masters
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within CIS guidelines.
  • Experience planning and maintaining workflow independently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player with interpersonal skills.

Compensation: Pay starting at $60,000
