About the role

Supports the Medical Staff Office Department to meet the administrative needs of the Medical Staff Services Office by providing a variety of administrative services.  Responsibilities include, providing specialized assistance, coordination and support of all GME onboarding through the medical staff office. Participation with development and growth of overall GME program in compliance with all rules of the organization, accreditation regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. Role provides support to Coordinators, Supervisor and Manager of Medical Staff Services as the on site, in person representative of the Medical Staff Office.

This role is located at PAMC in Anchorage, Alaska, with a typical working schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30pm. Travel within the PSJH Alaska Region and System may be required.

This is a Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts; and 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years Progressive Administrative or Office Management Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent educ/experience
  • 1 year Prior coordination of education activities and /or credentialing experience
  • 1 year experience in a Medical setting with Medical Terminology

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
