Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with a minimum 10 years of experience, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. The successful individual will be a licensed professional engineer with solid experience in the design of steel, concrete, and wood materials for commercial and industrial buildings.

In This Role You Will:

• Perform and oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of commercial and industrial building projects
• Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers and drafters to execute structural designs
• Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design
• Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications
• Manage profitably of projects and maintain a working relationship with clients
• Work closely with the Office Manager and assist in office production management

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil or Structural engineering
• M.S. degree preferred
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
• Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) preferred
• 10 or more years of experience
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills

Expected annual salary of $104,000 - $135,000.
