Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executive.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

• Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and client interactions.

• Run errands and provide personal assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
