WHO we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Competitive Analyst who will be responsible for conducting comprehensive competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences in the mobile, home entertainment, and digital appliances segments.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including market reports, industry publications, and internal databases, to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Competitive Intelligence to align analytical objectives with the subsidiary's Mystery Shop Data needs.
  • Utilize in-house tools, Tableau and techniques, with a focus on Excel, to organize and interpret complex data sets.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and retail execution sales teams, to provide strategic insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed of market trends and emerging threats or opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of competitive intelligence strategies and frameworks to enhance the company's competitive position.
