We're looking for an experienced and talented person to lead the team responsible for the global footprint of collaboration services. This position is at the center of an exciting space with rapidly changing technology and capabilities.
This position will require you to work cross-functionally with business leaders, engineering teams, marketing, finance and additional internal customers to drive progress towards goals. The ideal candidate will have led experience-driven change that resulted in increased organizational productivity and performance with a portfolio of competing tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom).
Responsibilities
Guiding the team to self-organize and become hyper productive in delivering quality services ahead of demand
Manage the people, process and technology for collaboration services
Plan, prioritize the service roadmap and enhancements
Subject matter expert in collaboration technology and capabilities
Accountable for availability, performance and KPI's
Drive capacity right sizing, utilization, adoption and lifecycle
Cost tracking and reporting
Guide the team in refining and managing the product backlog to deliver consistent business value
Facilitating the removal of tactical and organizational impediments to team progress
Identifying and coordinating dependencies with external teams
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, ensuring continued and improved team operational health
Providing visibility to team status and issues to senior management
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information of the team status and issues
Ensure meeting artifacts are generated/distributed, to communicate progress to stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of technical product leadership, working cross functionally within an organization
Strong passion and experience in delivering high-performance
Mentor, coach and motivate team to perform and execute at high levels
Experience managing a team delivering large, complex initiatives and projects from initiation to completion
Demonstrates effective communication skills and strong executive presentation skills
Demonstrates solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
Possess strong abilities in strategic and innovative thinking processes
Experience overcoming the difficulties of managing global services
Effective in promoting ideas and collaboration at the various levels of the organization
Enjoy coaching teams to help them predictably deliver service improvements and continuously improve
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the following technologies:
Office 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Slack Enterprise Grid
Zoom and/or alternative web collaboration service
Conference room video conferencing technology
Enterprise PBX
Background in an engineering or development position

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $156,300 and $252,890. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphApply for this role
