Join our collaborative team to enhance farmer prosperity through cutting-edge seeds and crop protection solutions.</p><p>You'll oversee global vegetable seed supply, develop production strategies, and manage risks.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Creating and implementing global sourcing strategies</li><li>Leading crop release planning and variety promotions</li><li>Managing new product introductions and M&amp;A integrations</li><li>Conducting data-driven production analysis</li><li>Implementing continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Ensuring IP security and technology transfer</li></ul><p>This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of agriculture on a global scale.
