Job Description

As the Global Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for leading and driving a culture of continuous improvement within Medmix. Your primary focus will be to drive a continuous improvement culture through deployment of a maturity based framework across the Medmix operations. Working across the group to identify and implement process improvement initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and key stakeholders to establish strategic goals and implement effective methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Main accountabilities and tasks:

• Design and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain a group maturity based continuous improvement framework, work with all areas to understand maturity and their roadmap for execution and support the execution efforts group wide
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization by fostering engagement, promoting innovative thinking, and providing training and coaching to employees at all levels
• Lead and oversee process improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, departments, and functions
• Utilize Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other process improvement tools to streamline operations, standardize best practices, and achieve operational excellence
• Foster a network of continuous improvement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, mentoring and sharing best practices

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing organization, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency enhancement
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams and implementing improvement projects
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Fluency in both English and German
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
• Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools and techniques
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Continuous Improvement Professional (CCIP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40%
