Summary:
In this role, you will participate in process improvement, innovation, project management, and application support, including configuration with Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Health Records (EHR) or other large integrated systems. You will also inspire trust and confidence, communicate effectively with internal and external audiences, and demonstrate ability to maintain outstanding customer relations.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with internal customers regarding onboarding, data conversion, master data changes, and/or procedure to pay (P2P) processes.
Build and analyze reports to plan, organize, and control database administration activities and maintain data integrity, as well as test, troubleshoot, and resolve problems of master data in production and non-prod environments.
Work with P2P leadership to develop and implement standard operating procedures, process improvement for optimization in managing data standardization, and other tasks related to maintenance of data and P2P processes.
Research, identify, and collaborate with the different Vizient groups such as product sourcing, contracting, product information management (PIM) as well as our suppliers and members.
Perform updates and changes to system to include Central Procurement Office system management, setup, Masterfile maintenance, etc. as needed to support business.
Coordinate with the onboarding team the migration from current contracts to new contracts, while analyzing, organizing, and assisting new customers to the Inspirity Central Office processes.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience in one of the larger Enterprise Resource Planning groups required.
Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook required.
Medical purchasing experience preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$51,900.00 - $75,150.00This position is also incentive eligible.
