Responsible for the ordering of FHA Case Numbers and fraud checks for loan applications received from wholesale brokers. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $35,000.00 to $45,000.00.

What you’ll do:

• Order all FHA Case numbers for new FHA loans received.
• Order all FHA Case numbers for all broker requests received via email
• Transfer FHA Case numbers to another lender when requested to do so from broker/borrower.
• Order and follows up on all SSA verification checks for new submissions received.
• Order and follows up on all 4506 transcripts for new submissions received.

• Ability to apply common sense in performing job
• Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy
• Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines
• Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters, and/or conduct routine oral communication
• Ability to compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports and/or to orally communicate technical information
• Ability to communicate with individuals utilizing a telephone; requires ability to hear and speak effectively on the telephone
• Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-2 years of previous office/clerical experience required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite—Word, Excel, etc. required
• Mortgage industry related experience preferred
