What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-value locations, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor and employee screening in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.
• Support security-related operations by preparing reports, maintaining awareness of daily activity, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Must have 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must possess an armed guard card or license.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
