This role is responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes and creating documentation that guides implementation of new technologies and data quality solutions. The developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements, use cases, and process needs, ensuring that documentation and reporting solutions accurately represent operational requirements. Participation in user and task analysis will help shape functional designs that align with business needs.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><br>• Analyze and design new business processes, producing documentation to support new system and technology implementations<br>• Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and use cases aligned with process and functional needs<br>• Conduct user and task analysis to ensure business requirements are reflected in solution designs<br>• Develop automated validation frameworks to strengthen data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across migration cycles<br>• Collaborate with functional teams and data conversion leads to identify data anomalies and recommend improvements<br>• Reconcile transformed data against legacy sources to ensure completeness and accuracy<br>• Provide detailed insights and recommendations to support decision‑making throughout the migration lifecycle</p> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong><br>• 5+ years of experience working with SAP data structures and data validation processes<br>• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into documented workflows and requirements
