POSITION SPECIFICS
The College of Engineering Dean’s Office is looking for a collaborative, organized, and proactive Administrative Support Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the college’s executive leadership, overseeing administrative processes, and guiding a team of support staff. The person in this role will work closely with the Associate Dean for Faculty and the Assistant Dean for Operations, providing high-level administrative coordination for a wide range of projects and initiatives across the college.

Plan, organize, and coordinate administrative operations for the Offices of the Associate Dean for Faculty and the Assistant Dean for Operations
Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing materials, and coordinating agendas
Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications
Gather, organize, and analyze data to prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
Maintain files, records, and databases with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
Serve as a primary liaison to Finance HUBs for budgetary, reporting, and financial transactions as needed
Respond to inquiries and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
Supervise and support department/unit administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Associate Degree 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 3
