The Shop Floor Planning Manager plays an instrumental role in the key planning process of the Company, namely Flow of Finished Goods.

This position maintains the stability of the daily operations, triggers immediate actions to ensure the execution of the plan of week 0 without affecting the plan of next weeks, and develop processes and systems to support the production planning (Final Pack, Prepack and Processing) execution activities.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and support shop floor planning activities to ensure timely execution of the production plan.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, identify root causes of deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as a go-to expert on processes, providing guidance, training, and operational support to the team.
• Foster employee development through regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Implement and optimize global production planning systems, focusing on simplification and efficiency.
• Align and improve production and finished goods planning processes to enhance overall efficiency.

• Strong experience in supply chain management or Manufacturing areas. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering preferred, having experience with multinational companies or working with international teams.
• Production planning processes including Inventory Analysis knowledge.
• Problem solving, good communication, attention to detail and demonstrated people leadership skills.
• Excel and SAP knowledge, Power BI desired.
• ASCM Certification is a plus.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $100,799.00 - $151,199.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
