The Opportunity 

Are you driven by the opportunity to lead business transformation through integrated planning and cross-functional collaboration? As the Sr Manager – Integrated Business Planning at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN), you will be at the forefront of enabling simplification and unlocking business value across the Americas Region. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Development Officer, you will refine and lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework to drive improved decision-making and deliver measurable impact on revenue, margin, and working capital. In this pivotal role, you will champion GPN values, foster a high-performance culture, and serve as a trusted advisor across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and continuously improve IBP process standards across the Americas Region.
• Oversee and coordinate the monthly IBP cycle, ensuring effective execution of key steps: Portfolio Management Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation, and Management Business Review.
• Own governance and change management initiatives related to IBP planning processes.
• Support IBP execution across all businesses and brands within GPN.
• Build and nurture a community of IBP experts across the region.
• Provide holistic, unbiased counsel to commercial leaders to drive the right behaviors and decisions.
• Enable simplification and effort reduction across supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.
• Serve as a connector across functions, aligning priorities and fostering collaboration.

 

 The Skills You Will Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Finance, or Supply Chain roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP and Business Objects).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple data streams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cross-functional planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
