How will you fit in the big picture?
What will you do?
- Lead and coach hourly production employees to achieve daily safety, quality, service, and cost objectives.
- Coordinate daily production activities, staffing, priorities, and cross-functional support to ensure smooth operations across shifts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and employee safety standards.
- Analyze operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and reliability.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and other plant functions to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage administrative activities including production reporting, labor planning, documentation, and SAP-related processes.
- Foster employee engagement and development through effective communication, coaching, and performance management.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of manufacturing, operations, or production leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
- Supervisory and food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
