- Overseeing student financing
- Conducting initial overview with student
- Reviewing and following-up on student packaging
- Conducting financial aid review with student
- Monitoring and tracking financial aid packages
- Managing team performance
The Associate Director of Financial Aid must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
The Associate Director of Financial Aid must also have:
- 3-5 years experience as a Financial Aid officer / representative
- Knowledge of Federal & State Grant / loan programs
- Experience with Return to Title IV calculations
- Hands on knowledge of crossover funding issues
- Managerial experience
