We are looking for a Seed Treatment Regional Account Manager to join our Agricultural Solutions team supporting the Midwest US region (Iowa, Nebraska Missouri & Minnesota).

As a Regional Account Manager, you will work closely with the Seed Treatment Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams, while also supporting the BASF Regional Director, District Managers, Area Managers, and their respective teams in the territory. You will need to reside in the Midwest part of the US Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri or Minnesota.

- Leading and executing the Seed Treatment strategy to support territory sales, including budget management, business planning, and targeted growth.
- Serving as a trusted advisor for BASF Seed Treatment products, positioning, and application technology with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively collaborating with the Marketing and Technical Service teams to drive industry leadership and implement customer-focused solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and influencers in the territory.
- Working as an integral and valued teammate within both the region and the U.S. Seed Treatment business unit.
If you...
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science field (such as Agronomy, Chemistry, or Biology), Business, or a related field.
- Possess at least 8+ years of experience in field sales, account management, marketing, or business development.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the seed treatment market and the crop protection channel, specifically retailers and manufacturer/seed company business.
- Live in the specified territory, including IA, NE, MO or MN.
- Have the willingness to travel weekly across the region and overnight when necessary, up to 50% overnight travel.
