**The Role

We currently have some exciting opportunities for dynamic and experienced individuals to join our Maintenance department as Maintenance Delivery Managers. The role holders will be an integral part of the Maintenance Transition programme by providing leadership and governance in relation to the delivery and management of the end-to-end maintenance process within Stanlow.

Primary Accountabilities: 

• Process owner for all maintenance activities conducted within the Production Unit area (or collection of defined assets).
• HSSE – provides leadership and guidance to ensure that all maintenance related work is conducted in accordance with the site HSSE framework and management system.
• HSSE - ensure any deviation, incident or near miss related to maintenance is proportionately investigated, and subsequently closed out, including the timely completion of all critical actions.
• COST – Responsible for ensuring that all work has necessary commitments in place prior to commencement of work and that and that all service orders are processed for payment, or accrued, as required.
• COST – Responsible for accurate and timely estimation within the Non Standard Revex / Authorisation for Expenditure  process
• COST – Play an active part in the annual maintenance budgeting process when required and pay attention to the monthly reporting process in order to comply with the Annual Business Plan.
• QUALITY - Contributes to the achievement of Stanlow maintenance strategies and targets beyond responsible area’s targets – includes compliance with wider Monthly Functional Review reporting processes
• QUALITY - Evaluation of Contractor needs, establishing Contractor strategy and appropriate selection. Supports the Quality of Service process for Site Contracts and may act as Operational Lead for specific contracts.
• PLANT AVAILABILITY - Responsible for the allocation of available maintenance resources at Production Unit  and supporting site level via prioritisation, mobility, contractor reductions and optimum usage of technicians.
• PEOPLE - Support competence requirements including the assessment and all other related personnel development requirements in relation to maintenance personnel.
• PEOPLE - Provides a direct input into Maintenance skills pool and recruiting/developing individuals to match Production Unit needs
• Acts (or working towards) Permit Verification Engineer in relation to site Electronic Permit to Work system.
• Actively participates in the Maintenance Delivery Managers Forum, Training Governance Board, Mitigate Threats to Availability and other relevant site meetings.
• Support other site process owners such as Electronic Permit to Work and Learning & Development Apprentice programme when required.
• Custodian of the Production Unit Annual Maintenance Plan including 3-month look ahead and two week rolling work schedule.
• Acts as the single po
