HR Data, Reporting and Analytics Global Process Owner (all genders)

That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Work in hybrid model - min. 1 day per week from office in Wroclaw.</p> <p> </p> <p>YOUR ROLE:</p> <p>As Global Process Owner you will own technology roadmap for your area – selection, decision and implementation of technology with support/cooperation of respective stakeholders, steer and manage structural improvements, ensuring process improvement and quality increase. Additionally, you will own deployment of global standards that are valid across all building blocks of the process, standardize E2E processes according to BPM toolkit, be responsible to drive agreed process changes in your area.</p> <p>You will lead Business Process Experts team, steer and advises strategic and function critical projects, ensure realization of important business projects. </p> <p> </p> <p>As Head Data Owner you will be accountable for the implementation of the HR Data Governance Framework / Operating Model and securing adherence to overarching company’s standards and policies (e.g., Data Privacy, Data Retention, IT Security). You will provide business definitions and liaise with data consumers to capture additional context for usage of the data, ensuring that metadata &amp; documentation accurately reflects the real-world business processes flowthrough. You will synch and align with other Data Owners on how to precisely distinct sub-domains and identifie cross-sub-domain opportunities (e.g., Strategic Workforce Planning).</p> <p> </p> <p>WHO YOU ARE:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in data governance at global level, including technical knowledge of highly sensitive data such as employee or patient data</li> <li>Technical knowledge of  advanced technologies such as Uptimize, Large Language model and machine learning tools</li> <li>Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations</li> <li>At least 10-15 years of experience in different roles in a corporate or consulting environment with varying scopes and responsibilities</li> <li>At least 10 years of experience working in diverse international teams demonstrating success in positions involving interactions with multiple departments and external parties</li> <li>Proven success in major projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvements</li> <li>Experience working with stakeholders from various functions at country, regional and global levels</li> <li>Experience working with operational delivery teams (e.g. HR Operations)</li> <li>Leadership experience with virtual teams</li> <li>Excellent leadership capabilities and stakeholder management skills incl. business partnering</li> <li>Strong project management skills</li> <li>Very good understanding of HR, Finance, Procurement and IT processes and impact, also GBS global trends and benchmark</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Information how we process your personal data for recruitment purposes, you will find on registration form in our Recruitment Portal.</p> <p><br/> What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
