The Junior M&amp;E Specialist will support the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of independent evaluations of U.S. foreign assistance programs conducted worldwide.</p> <p>This position is contingent upon contract award.</p> </div> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></span></h1> <ul> <li> <div>Support the planning and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities.</div> </li> <li> <div>Contribute to evaluation design, research methodologies, data collection instruments, and analysis plans.</div> </li> <li> <div>Conduct desk reviews, document analysis, stakeholder mapping, and background research.</div> </li> <li> <div>Support qualitative and quantitative data collection efforts, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and fieldwork activities.</div> </li> <li> <div>Analyze data and contribute to evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations.</div> </li> <li> <div>Draft sections of evaluation reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other technical deliverables.</div> </li> <li> <div>Assist with data management, quality assurance, and data visualization activities.</div> </li> <li> <div>Coordinate with evaluation team members, technical experts, and client stakeholders throughout the evaluation process.</div> </li> </ul> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></span>&l
