Resort General Manager

Description

The Chetola Resort in beautiful Blowing Rock, North Carolina, is looking to hire a General Manager to lead our team into the next chapter of this storied mountain resort's long history.  The resort is recently under new ownership and is looking for a GM willing to bring energy and passion for improvement while respecting the Resort's traditions.

The General Manager will be involved in all aspects of the Resort's operations, which currently includes lodge & condo accommodations, food & beverage offerings in event space and restaurants, resort outdoor activities (including hiking, tennis, guided fly fishing, and a sporting range), Sales direction, and leadership of our team of associates.

The Chetola Resort is owned locally and managed by Prospera Hospitality, a Pittsburgh, PA, based hospitality management company.

Requirements

Previous resort management experience is required, with previous GM experience a plus.
